I haven't liked much he's done since this song, but this was one of my favorites by him. He released it in the summer of 2001 and it became a #11 R&B hit. This song was so romantic. It was a total throwback to the old school.. a little bit of Stevie Wonder, a little bit of Earth, Wind & Fire. His falsetto was crazy on this song.

This is definately one where I have to disagree. The song itself is fine, but his singing is beyond terrible. He just doesn't have the range to pull the falsetto off.

i agree, everything after this was luke warm.. which was saddening, because I love what this man can do to a ballad............
his falsetto was just right for the song...... love this one!

I don't necessarily think this song is terrible but I don't think his falsetto is falsetto because he sound like typical Brain McKnight but he's singing higher. He definitely could've done a better job on the falsetto but it's not like Brain McKnight ever been a strong singer either. I do like the song but I would probably loved it if someone could've added a little more emotion and a better falsetto like Maxwell but even Maxwell cant touch falsetto singers back in days like The Stylistics or Enchantment.
