On her "Butterfly" album, In my regards to duets, this was one of my favorite duets. I like what they did with the prince classic, they slowed it down and gave it a more soulful approach. I also liked the pairing of Sisqo and Mariah, it was like they were trying to outsing each other on the track. lol. Overall, its one of my favorites off her album. I'm suprised a thread wasn't started for this song earlier....

It was ok; definitely not one of my favorites from that album. I actually think this would have worked better as a solo effort rather than a duet.

Most of Mariah's covers blow. I like the arrangement of this song, but Mariah just doesn't cover it well. She strips the song of it's original intentions and passion.

This is actually on my "worst remakes of all time" list. Absolutely dreadful IMO.

i like this...it's too slow though. In the beginning i hated this but it grew on me...well just like the rest of the "Butterfly" album.

I hated this. It grew on me but it's still one of my least favourite tracks from this album.

I liked it. The vocals were great on it. The beginning of the song kinda drags tho.

^ Yeah, the last half of the song is awesome. But I never thought the original was all that great, so I wouldn't necessarily expect the cover version to be stellar either.

Their voices are great together, I agree. But the original intention of the lyrics were to have just one person confused about the relationship, not a couple discussing it. I understand she can have another vision, but a great song became just another one about the same theme with that.
