They're on a indie label, so no, it can't be payola. Cheers to them.

Ok, nevermind, the lead singer is actually a guy. The girl in the band plays bass.

Their sound is very 90s, kinda like The Smashing Pumpkins. But the difference is that the singer is a girl. Now, I've only heard two songs from them so I don't know if any male vocals are incorporated but so far I like what I hear! It goes for adds Sep. 18th. www.myspace.com/silversunpickups

I really like the video to this. The best part is when he falls in the ice. The whole thing is good though and it fits the song well. The song couldn't have been released at a better time.

September 26th.
Good choice, I guess "The Missing Frame" wasn't radio friendly enough but that will probably be the 3rd single. I like this now, I remember hating it when I first heard it because it sounded like a new wave synth song with AFI's signature anthemic backing vocal choruses.

Its finally made the top 10. It still surprises me at how their long and uncatchy songs do so good.
and everytime I hear this, I keep thinking its Maroon 5 in the opening vocals.

wm.allaccess.com/allaccess/toolpot.wmaWell, it goes for adds in three days but its already getting played on most stations that liked "Vicarious". Its 6 minutes long, no radio edit is needed.

I think its because Audioslave released a single too soon. By now, I think Alternative radio is tired of them.

I think its pretty safe to say that this will go to #1 even after not making the Top 10 with "Make A Move" .

Not if you're Modest Mouse, My Chemical Romance, RHCP, or any other popular band though. I'm bored of this already. I think "Invincible" is next now.

I still don't like "Knights" but I like this. Now, this is the type of song that would make me or someone else want to buy the album.

I only liked the Pinocchio(sp?) part of the video. The rest felt like watching a pretentious indie rock video.

It does have a video. I guess its going to be the third single.
The concept for this video is very literal. At least they're not remaking another movie like Walk the Line or Fight Club.

Top 10. wow I didn't think it would do that good. Good for them, they proved they aren't the one hit wonders Billboard predicted they would be.

Almost nothing on this album stands out for me. The White Stripes are way better.
