i think they saw how much Rihanna sold on i-tunes and are a tad nervous, so they are holding off a bit until Rihanna's numbers go down a bit.

I like Maurice Joshua's remix more than the original now. Her vocals don't sound phoned in on it.

But that be Canada, Rihann ajust sold over 169,000 in digital sales and is far ahead of Shakira in airplay. Thus if Rihanna still sold a decent amount and didn't really lose too much in sales and Shakira does trump her but not by that much in digital sales; Rihanna could still be number 1 on the Hot 100 despite Shakira having more sales. I think they are waiting to see what Rihanna does next week in sales before really releasing HDL for download.
