Oddly enough this song popped into my head having not heard it in so long. He really has such a deep voice. This was his first ever solo song and his only #1 hit. A very happy, cheerful tune that will put a smile on your face. His upbeat/dance songs were much better than his adult contemporary ballads. This and “Together Forever” are his best singles.

...And his only big hits. The third single flopped if I remember correctly. What was the title again? Hum... "It Would Take A Strong Strong Man"! I don't know how I remembered that.

I don't like any of his hits.

His songs were fun back then, but it's torture to listen to them now.

Aww, this song is so cheesy, but i've always loved it. It's one of my mom's favorite songs. It came out practically when I was born, so I guess she weaned me on it or something...this song is probably directly responsible for both my love of cheesy bubblegum pop music AND my love of Clay Aiken I like "Together Forever" too, though it's virtually the same song. Just now i've discovered another song of his called "Whenever You Need Somebody"...again, in the same style, but I like it. His songs were produced by the same people that did the early Kylie tracks.

Cheesy as hell, but this is definitely a classic pop song. I liked it.
