I like it. But it sounds like a ballad from Avril Lavigne's debut album. I prefer "Stab My Back".

I really liked "Top of the world." They should've gone with that since it already has a video. This would've made a good 4th single.

I don't think this is going to be a hit, their sales are not that great.

Really? For a pop/rock band, 1.2 million copies in the US is pretty damn good.

I always thought this sounded a bit Coldplay-ish to me. I think when AAR are bored of making pop/rock songs they'll be making more of these type of songs. And that is sad.

It's certainly not a bad song, but I really don't think it'll be quite as big as most of you are predicting. I'd say Top 20, probably.

I don't think it's going to be a big hit either. I can see it peaking in the 20's.

I like this a lot. I think it will be a hit but won't be huge. Although, they are strong in downloads so there is a real chance for it to catch on strong. There's just too many rock-pop ballads this Fall, and I think The Fray, Snow Patrol, Nickelback, and (yuck) Hinder are going to give this one a run for its money.

I still can't see why Top of the World was such a bad single choice. These are the type of songs that make people hate bands

AAR already have enough haters as it is, I don't think its the songs that make people hate them but most of the time its because of their image.

this.will.be.HUGE. i see this being the 'boulevard of broken dreams' from this album era. I don't think the song will be that huge, but it should be moderately successful. "Dance Inside" is a way better song IMO.

It's been on TRL for weeks and in regular rotation on MTV and VH1, and downloads are nowhere, and their album isn't selling, and there's four ballads from similar genre's and tempos in the Top 11 of the Hot 100 this week..... so yeah, not surprised to see this flop even though I like it.

Do you mean top 13, cos Ring the Alarm certainly isn't a similar genre or tempo, but Far Away is!
