Song from Madonna's Immaculate Collection. I love it. It's hot and sexy. It's definitely her best "sex" song.

Yeah. I think this was a poem written by one of the Prince protegees and Lenny stole it, then she sued him and now she's credited on the song. Or something like that.

Yeah. I think this was a poem written by one of the Prince protegees and Lenny stole it, then she sued him and now she's credited on the song. Or something like that. "Justify My Love" was written by Lenny Kravitz, Ingrid Chavez and Madonna. Kravitz wrote the song for Madonna, based on a poem written by friend and Prince protégé Ingrid Chavez. Kravitz added the title hook and chorus. Madonna contributed a few lines. Chavez was not credited for the song and later sued Kravitz in 1992. She received an out-of-court settlement, and gained a co-writing credit. Lenny Kravitz also took the instrumental of Public Enemy's 'Security of the First World' without crediting them for it and used it as the baseline of the song. The song was totally stolen, but Madonna didn't have anything to do with it.

This is a classic... I always think of "Erotica" as a low-quality version of this song.
