She deserves to get another hit with this amazing album. Although I like "Glow" and "Afraid" much more, I think this song is her only shot at having another Top 10 smash. I can't wait to see the video.

Yes I just recently started listening to the album again and it is amazing. So many good songs on it.
I think the video for Say It Right will probably not be as good as the song...

I can see her totally singing this song in a big urban city (like Tokyo maybe) and the city like sort of melts into a desert... It sounds stupid the way I'm describing it but in my head it's cool.

This song gives me winter/snowy vibes too. I can't completely explain it, but I digress.
Anyway, I LOVE this now. I had it stuck in my head and was singing it all day. Can't stop playing it. Nelly and Timbo are on such a roll.

Yeh i always imagine a real dark video, black grey turquoise that kinda thing, bet it will be nothing like that tho, i used to think xtina's hurt would be a dark video n turned out to be really different to what i expected, in a good way tho lol
