Expect this to be the #1 song on iTunes by tomorrow.
They just played the entire song with the Grey's Anatomy premiere and even showed the name of the title, artist, and album at the end.

YES!
Damn.... if only this show premiered a month later, airplay would have been that much stronger. I REALLY want to this to go to #1 on the hot 100 but it will have sold wayyy too much to keep really high sales by the time it peaks in airplay.
