The song is about a high school kid the lead singer mentored. The kid got into a lot of drug use and alcohol. The song is about having a talk to get the teenager moving in the right direction.

That actually makes me like the song even more... just because the song's meaning comes from such a real place when most songs on the radio are written in 5 minutes about not-so-deep topics. |

I notie VH1 is playing a new video for this song now. The new video shows a lot of kids and scary close-ups of the lead singer on a white background. I definitely prefer the other outdoor video, and I have no idea why they went back and made another video for this.

Half of me loves it and wants to cry, but the other half wants less fat ugly people crying, less oversized sh!t and thinks if it was in slow motion and black and white it would be a Westlife video  |

Yeah, the other one was simple and let you cast what you wanted on it, but this one seems to want to push an agenda on you. I bet this second one will be the one they use in the UK next year |
