I do think this has potential to blow up big, "Unpretty" is a good model--- it has just enough edge to still get (some) Urban/Rhythmic play while being mainly a Pop song. But "Unpretty" atleast had the "Don't Look Any Further" remix. I don't know how much urban, or even rhythmic, potential this has based on the original.

Yeah... but if I remember, the remix for "Unpretty" came pretty late into the song's chart life. Maybe before it peaked, but not by much. It was basically a single catered to Pop from a top Urban artist. That's where I'm drawing the similarities.

Unpretty was also a more universal song.... and it touched about a subject matter people could find a personal connection with.... Irreplaceable still has common urban music subject matter.

This song is so blah. There are worse songs on her album but it's still mediocre.

I don't think this is any poppier than "So Sick" really, and that did well on rhythmic at least.
I like how the song sounds all light and stuff, yet the lyrics are actually really biting and telling the guy to get the f**k out.

^ Yeah I agree with everything you said. I think the production and the vocals give it that pop feel, but the delivery and the actual lyrics are pretty urban. That's why I really like the song. Because when it comes on you think it is going to be this light cheesy pop fluff, but when you actually listen to the song she's like going off on this dude and doggin him out. Way to go Ne-Yo! You've done it again! I hope the promo has the dirty version. I wanna hear her say NIGGA PLEASE DON'T TOUCH!

I wouldn't be surprised if this gets sent for pop adds sooner than later and RTA is pulled.

This is going to be huge. Everyone was talking about it at school today, and it's not even the single. They hate RTA. lmao

Yea it's funny how this was one of the least talked about songs on the album, or least-hyped, yet it's sort of come out of nowhere as this potential #1 smash.

Yea it's funny how this was one of the least talked about songs on the album Except for "Upgrade U" it's been the most talked about from the start. It's mentioned in most reviews, it made the iTunes Top 100 on the album's release, and going by posts I've read here she even performed this on TV a time or two.

I meant in terms of all the pre-album press and everything that was said about the album before it leaked or was reviewed. Swizz Beatz, Sean Garrett and the other producers were hyping everything up but there was no talk of this song.

This is going to be a SMASH. I went out this weekend and the deejay played this song and entire place erupted and EVERYONE--males and females--was singing every single word of the song. I had to make sure I wasn't at a gay club. Go Beyonce! I hope this is the biggest song of her career.

Yes, this is so huge here already. Everyone sings it at my school along with "Upgrade U". And this definately deserves to be bigger than anything she's ever released.

You must have been at a gay club because I find it hard to picture a club full of straight males singing along to any Beyonce song lol I love this song, I think it will be big as well. This will be the big Pop smash Top 40 has been waiting for from this album (and didnt get with Deja Vu or RTA).

UUUUUHHHHHHHH TO DA LEFT! <---------------------------------------- ROFL. No. There are about as many gay clubs in Alabama as there are diet sodas and low fat snack cakes in Janet Jackson's kitchen. I mean who do u think is buying her records? Certainly not only women and drag queens! Get that universal smash Bee! TO DA LEFT!

Her voice sounds great here. I wish there were more songs like this on the CD. Why was this not the second single?
