I definitely hear the GaGa influence, but his voice does not mesh with her production style.

It could be worse. But Lady Gaga and Michael Bolton? That's way too much awful for one song to handle.

he also worked with Ne-Yo. his new album "One World One Love" comes out September 21st in UK and this is Stargate-ish

To be honest, this is not as bad as i expected for Michael Bolton.
