Ya but her dressing up as a dude goes with what the song is about. She's talking about what it would be like if gender roles were switched up and girls 'acted like guys', so she's a female dressing like a guy to portray what the lyrics are talking about, which is what would happen if girls were able to act like guys. It's just imagery to try and give the lyrics a visual.

I thought this was the new Kelly Rowland single when I heard it today. But then I though, no, it can't be that decent. But Ciara? Wow, never though I would hear strings like those on one of her songs.
