I would be shocked if Dreams for Plans was released third, instead of Illegal. Illegal did really well in the fan poll that Shakira.com asked us to submit. So, unless Dreams for Plans got a much better response at Promosquad, I can't see why they wouldn't release Illegal as it was originally going to be released as the second single.
I am really curious as to what kind of response they got to the songs on Promosquad, because I would never have thought Animal City was an option for a single nor Dreams for Plans.

What I noticed from music boards is that the reaction to the songs is very mixed. There are a few songs that different people have cited as loving or hating. |

In Europe the songs everyone wants to be singles are Timor and then Animal City.
I hope she releases Illegal!

New rumor: Hey You will be the second single. www.lamusica.com/shakira_heyyou_listen.shtml has a link at the top of their page to listen to the song. And they were the first to break the news of La Tortura's single and Don't Bother's single, so it's possible. My vote goes for Hey You. |

This is going to be a single. It's either going to be the third or fourth depending on if they release "Illegal" as the follow-up to "Hips Don't Lie" or this one.
