This song is great! they're 3 for 3 with the songs I've heard from them now. This one makes use of a hard piano and light synths. It's really a great mix. The chorus is catchy as hell. This really sounds like Ben Folds, The Killers, Lifehouse, and Coldplay rolled into one. It might even be my favorite song of theirs. I highly recommend it.

yeah, this is a favorite of mine as well. "Heaven Forbid" is good too.
But the album gets boring towards the end with all those ballads, I'm still not giving up on it though.

I like this a lot.. not as much as "Over My Head" but way more than "How To Save A Life".

This is the third single.
...and I might as well take back not liking "How To Save A Life" because it grew on me shortly after I responded with that.

I'm glad this is the third single. It's one of the few hits from this album.

I love this. I hope it's another success for them, but by next summer when "HTSAL" will finally be over (lol, but seriously), HAC may be ready to move on to a new band.

As great as this song is, it doesn't really have the distinctive qualities that the first two singles had. This one is a little more disposable. Hopefully that won't hurt it at Hot AC, but it's inevitable at CHR/Pop.

Great song, I was listening to this earlier and thought "this HAS to be the next single" and then the first thingn I saw when I logged on here was this post!

I actually think this will do well,at least at HAC. I havent heard this one yet but seriously. We all can realize that HAC is going to be open to a third single. "Far Away" is Nickelback's third hit on HAC, and will probably be bigger than the 2nd (and on pop, even bigger than the 1st).
So why wouldn't this get the play that the first two did/will? And also look at Maroon 5. They had FOUR singles, the 2nd, 3rd and 4th peaking in the Top 5 on HAC.

The number of the single doesn't have that much to do with the success. Personally I just think Nickelback's third single happens to be the best single of their career and The Fray's third single is their weakest single yet.

This is definitely my favorite song by The Fray now. "Over My head" is one of my favorite songs this year and "HTSAL" is one of my favorite songs this decade, but "She Is" tops them both now.

This is just alright, it gets a little life during the chorus, but the rest is blah. I prefer the first two singles.

That's what i thought too. Just wait a while though. You'll realize that it lacks the substance the other two singles had.

I could never get bored with HTSAL! I can't believe how I said eariler in this thread that it wouldn't work as a second single. lol
"She Is" is great too. I can't see it doing better than the first two singles though.
