I didn't really care about this track at first but with the video it grew on me! Great lyrics. The remix with Mobb Deep is even better.

One of the few times that I've really felt her breathy singing voice was well suited to a song. This was an excellent track and was also one of her best lyrical compositions.

I like the atmosphere and mood that this elicits. It was one of those songs that was different than anything else she had done at the time.

Didn't Cory Rooney produce this? Then later stole the bells and put them on JLO's remix to Hold U Down?

Whoops. The Roof was written with Cory Rooney and Track Masters helped produce. Cory and TM also worked with JLO a bunch.
