Without a doubt the most undervalued soul singer of the 70's. She came in with a blaze when "Poetry Man" went top five, she even netted a Best New Artist Nomination at the Grammy's, but nothing she ever did after that matched her initial success. She was an amazing lyricist and singer, a shame to see her fall off the map like she did. This and "Two-Fisted Love" are probably my favorite singles from her.
