What is the deal with Fefe Dobson? She like, continually has stuff going for adds...and whatever goes for adds, flops...uh, continually. Who is her manager? Why hasn't her label dropped her already? "Take Me Away," if I remember correctly, BARELY got airplay at the end of '03. I remember seeing the "Don't Go" video premiere on TRL in the summer of '04, and thinking, "Oh, this is catchy, but clearly not going to go anywhere."
She's churning out some serious flops. Her managers need to get her a hit pretty much immediately; otherwise, her career will be over and radio will forever be robbed of a young, nonconformist, nonstereotypical female african-american pop star named "Fefe." And that would be a shame.

Fefe has recorded some fantastic songs, many of which actually have been singles. I just don't get why she isn't catching on. Hell, she isn't even doing all that well in Canada and we have CanCon to help her out. I'm glad the record label has faith in her, but it may just be time to give up.

I think Fefe is signed to Island/Interscope? not sure. I'm surprised that the label keeps holding on, too. I like her and hope that the second album at least comes out before she gets dropped, but unless this hits (which I doubt, since it's decent but not amazing, and better songs of hers have flopped) they'll probably have to let her go.

I think the point was more than she's had a single going for adds every 6 months for the past 2 years and not a single one has become a Top 20 pop hit.

This is on iTunes. They say it's the "mainstream version", not sure what that means. I'm not buying it because i'm holding out for the album to drop (yeah I know)

I can't get over her luck though. Even though most of her songs suck, Pop has played much worse. This girl can't get a hit for her life!

"Don't let it go to your head" was great. It was catchy and perfect for radio. I don't understand why that wasn't a hit. If that couldn't be a hit, I don't think anything else can. I think part of her not being able to find success has to do with her image. It's too different from the typical female pop/rock singer of today.

This rip-offs some song that went "I'm Just A Little Girl" by some other wannabe rocker named Katy Studt or whatever her name was.
I like both songs though.
