"Love Shoulda Brought You Home" is the first solo single from multiple Grammy-Award winning artist, Toni Braxton. The single written by L.A. Reid, Babyface, and Daryl Simmons was featured on the Boomerang soundtrack. It served as the follow-up to Toni's duet with Babyface entitled "Give U My Heart". Those pair of songs were submitted to Anita Baker but due to her impending pregnancy, she had to decline. The First Lady of LaFace stepped up to the plate and the single became a Top 40 hit (#33 Hot 100) and her second consecutive Top 5 Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles (#4 Hot R&B).
I love it. What do you guys think about it?

Love it. Her single run was pretty much flawless until this decade.

Wow! I think I would have liked this song more if Anita Baker had taken it. Anyway, this song is pretty good... It was better than most of the singles from her debut.

I absolutely love it. She has so many great singles IMO, especially in the 90's.

Classic. I love everything on her first album. It was so fitting for the time and she sounded great.
