The angstyness of the song and guitar riffs is what I remeber the most about the song. The chorus was memorable as well.
I really don't remember any other song from them other than a video they had with Pamela Anderson in it.

My favorite line: "I wear this crown of sh*t...". I didn't like how Johnny Cash changed it to "I wear this crown of thorns".
But this is only my third favorite single from The Downward Spiral. I still think its amazing.
1. Closer (A+) 2. Piggy (A) 3. Hurt (A) 4. March of the Pigs (B+)

I always change the station when this is played. The opening guitar riff and weird chants scare me so thats why.

I still love hate it. I love hate The Darkness.

I hated it once it started to get overplayed by Vh1.

It does stand out somewhat because 2002 had a lot of garbage but I still think it has an underlying sillyness. The lyrics are lame.

Amazing indeed, but "Toxicity" was a little better. All singles from that album were good unlike some of the crappy singles they released in their 2005 double album.

I still find Weezer charming even at their absolute worst. I even liked "Bervelly Hills".

I haven't heard it. Or even worse, I don't think I've never heard an Oasis song.

The only singles from them were "I Feel So" and "There Is". I can't believe Travis Barker plays drums for like 4 bands.

Supposedly, this was the last song with female vocals to go to #1 on Alternative. I love it, very well deserved. It also got Hole some Grammy nominations.

I'm glad other people think this is better than "Take Me Out".

The only song I know from them. What other songs would you guys recommend?

Agreed, "Sidewalks" was good too, just kinda sappy compared to how instense this and their first single was.
The new singles from their latest album have dissapointed me.

I'm more of a "Hash Pipe" fan, but this was fine, quite overpraised by some.

From 2002, I never liked this, not even when it became the theme song to The OC.
"Craplifornia"

Was this the one that was the theme song to Joan of Arcadia? lol, no, not that horrible song.

I think this is a better song than that Joan Osborne hit. It went to #1 on alternative. If released today, this would not have charted anywhere. Does anyone know what intruments they used for those screeching noises at the beginning?

This was very refreshing during its time of the nu-metal domination, The Strokes saved us from that.

Avril Lavigne's live cover is vile. OMG. For sure.
