It actually went to #1 on the Modern Rock. I liked this for a good while that summer of 2001. I see them more as one hit wonders. Its embarrassing knowing they're from my area.

I love it. Even though this song still has swearing I think they can make some really good songs with meaning when they're not trying to be too obscene like in "Puto".

I don't like it, too depressing.

Then you'll like the new album, it has a lot of good slow songs. But this is surely the best ballad they've ever done.

To my surprise, this is their most popular song on last.fm. There are two versions of this song, the electric album version, and the acoustic one found on their EP which you can listen to it here: www.purevolume.com/falloutboyI love both versions. I can’t seem to get enough of the “You look so good in blue” breakdown before the song ends. Can anyone guess where the title of this song comes from? Hint: its from an 80s movie.

A year later now. So I guess Bleed American turned out to be my favorite JEW album.

wow, thats a lot to choose from, but "Clarity" sounds like something I'll like. I've been curious about their music because a lot of these new bands that I like refer to Jimmy Eat World as some of their musical influences. I agree with "Pain" being a weak first single, never really liked that song. It still managed to go to #1 on alternative though.

I've been planning on buying one of their albums. Which one do you think is their best?

I only know them from songs off their 2004 album, but yeah I like them. They're better than Saves the Day aka "STD".

The song is only like a year old, I think. 2005 is when their album came out.
I love Paramore, they're one of my favorite new bands right now. Along with this song, I think some of their best songs are "Emergency"(their current single) and "Here We Go Again".

A favorite of mine. Its also one of those remakes that sounds completely different from the orignal. I love how he whispers in some parts and in other parts he screams.

One of their catchiest songs. I love it so much.

I liked the quiet verses, the chorus was too whiny for me.

I'm glad this was a hit but I was also glad it was their only one. Other songs I heard from them at that time were crap.

I agree with this now, but I remember loving it when I first heard it in 2004. It just seemed to get worse with repeated listens.

I don't remember any screaming, but I love this too. It sucks that my alternative station only plays it when it rains.
