Sh*t! This is HOT! And Monica's rap in this one is so much better than the one she did in "So Gone". Maybe Brook can get in on a hot remix....

I think it has a nice summer feel to it...but yea, this definitely won't cross over to Pop
Don't like the title...dont think its first single material, but it will probably be an Urban hit at the very least
I dont really like the BLATANT use of the sample...lol...they should say Monica featuring _____

the rap is.... GOOD! on "so gone" it was just kinda cute that she was trying to rap, and then the remix it was a little more serious. this one's good though!

I just listen to "So Gone" again and I think "So Gone" is better than this. The attitude in that song is just Monica. Can't wait for the HQ of this though.

Best Monica song in a LONG time. It won't crossover, but hopefully she'll have ballads for that..

I like this...her vocals in this song take me back to Miss Thang.

This is nice. A little too similar to "So Gone" production-wise, but I can see Urban eating this one up.

I like this a lot more than "So Gone" now.

I went back and listened to this really closely today--- it's really not that similar to "So Gone"; it has superficial things in common, like an old soul sample and Monica doing her own rap, but that's it. Her vocals are great on it, I think the full quality will blow us away even more.

From what I can remember this was kind of boring.

hmm overall everyone liked it, but i definitely heard very little feedback that it was boring--- yeah, boring isn't really a good descriptor for this.
i still don't see where this is confirmed as the second single. i also expect the final version to be different from the (low-quality) leak that we got back in may.

if (when) "Everytime tha beat drops" is a hit, this will do well as a follow-up. this era has potential to be better than "After the storm" for sure

i still don't see where this is confirmed as the second single. the interview isnt up anymore, but she basically said this was the second single. "sideline ho" and "my everything" are her favorite songs on the album. she wants to get a duet with keysh for the album...to that the deejays said MAKE SURE YOU DONT LET HER OUTSING YOU and monica replied with OUTSING WHO, ME??!!! then the deejays started dissing keysh and basically calling her a rude b*tch and monica defended her and said she liked her cause she's real and blah blah.

Sideline Ho is her favourite song on the album? I hope that's not indicative of anything about the rest of the album

Sideline Ho is her favourite song on the album? I hope that's not indicative of anything about the rest of the album her favorite songs are always the most ghetto ones--- literally always. "Street symphony", "Too hood" and "I wrote this song" were all her faves because they talked about real-life situations, and stuff from her personal life not things from the public spot light.

It's definitely the best song of this project so far. I like it more now, the rap is HOT!. I hate that Missy is screaming again, just go away.

thankfully Missy only yellls once at the beginning, it's easy to ignore it. The rap really is hot, I love her rap on this, almost more than the So Gone remix.
