I don't even know what to say. I'm just baffled. How can anyone like this garbage, let alone enough to make it the #1 song in the country? Assuming it achieves that feat, it'll be the worst #1 since "Laffy Taffy", maybe even worse.

HEINOUS. The funniest thing is their pathetic conviction that they're the "REALEST ROCK BAND EVA."

The funniest thing is their pathetic conviction that they're the "REALEST ROCK BAND EVA." Now that's the scariest thought yet! Until reading that, it never really dawned on me that they have enough of a following now to sustain a lasting career. I just figured one-hit wonder. But sh*t! What if they do have multiple hits?!?! AHHHHH we finally got rid of Creed and one Nickelback is one too many!!

This really sucks. Jojo had a healthy bullet and as soon as that payola article came out, she crashed. Nickelback too to a lesser extent. So basically a scandal helped Hinder get to #1. Their label must have paid the NY Times to release it this week.

Their label must have paid the NY Times to release it this week. But it doesn't have a chance of going to #1 on the HOT 100, right? It's a shame that out of the Fray, Snow Patrol and this, this gets to have the better airplay despite the others showing stronger download numbers.

But it doesn't have a chance of going to #1 on the HOT 100, right? It'd have a really good chance, but luckily Justin Timberlake's single was just released to iTunes so that will block everything else for a while.

Despite being #1 on the Pop chart, this is only #4 in audience. You know what that means? It's all the small little hick middle-of-nowhere stations that are playing this. Which is very appropriate.

I saw the video the other day by accident. I was avoiding it for the longest time possible.
Observations:
1. this song still blows. 2. Black-and white flashbacks are SO hard-core!! 3. somebody mentioned this I think, but when he was singing I wanted him to strangle himself with the tie. which didn't look all that hard-looking either... not to mention the damn candles!!
