This sounds so dated. Like it could be on the 90210 soundtrack or something.

Utter crap. But their last single "Get Stoned" was even worse.

#46 on iTunes +313 bullet at CHR/Pop
It looks like this is going to be a hit. I don't mind this as much as most active rock type hits, but that's probably only because this sounds not a day younger than 15 years old and I love nostalgiac songs.

I heard this on KISSFM tonight and was like...what the hell is this. Then he said "lips of an angel" and I figured it out, and promptly decided I never wanted to hear it again. Absolutely painful. It sounds like the lead singer is doing a bad imitation Justin from Blue October.

Seems KISSFM has put this in regular rotation and this is easily going to be a Top 20 hit at CHR, a +527 bullet at #29. I'm about to vomit. This is the cherry on top of an absolutely disasterous summer - crap like this can ascend the charts with no problem, but GOOD alternative tracks like RHCP and Blue October have to struggle for months to make any noise at all.
This is probably in the Top 5 worst songs of the year. I can't even sit through it. Just horrendous.

This along with Yung Joc's "It's Goin down" and Panic's "I Write sins..." are the worst songs of the year IMO.

Eh. I can imagine hearing this 24/7 where I live.
Its not bad, but I've always liked 80's metal ballads.

This is going to be huge now. It's funny that this, "Far Away," "Chasing Cars," and "How To Save A Life" will also be exploding soon... usually Pop radio limits themselves to like 2 rock/HAC ballads at a time.
As for "Lips Of An Angel," I've grown to love the verses but still despise the chorus.

I cannot believe this is blowing up. The lyrics are just...UGH! "Girl you make it hard to be faithful with the lips of an angel"!? You're not serious. The only thing I really like about it would be the singer's voice on the "And I never wanna say goodbye" line. The rest - man, this is just terrible.

This along with Yung Joc's "It's Goin down" and Panic's "I Write sins..." are the worst songs of the year IMO. I would add the godawful "Bossy" to that list and Nickelback's "Rockstar".

Ugh, i hate to say it, but this is growing on me. I guess i got turned off because when i first heard it, it sounded like some crappy 80's ballad, and i never listened to the whole thing. But now that i see the video constantly, i kind of like it now. The lyrics are still a turn-off though.

Just as long as it's this song and not "Get Stoned" I'll be happy.

+1079 at Pop Don't PD's notice that "Chasing Cars" and "How To Save A Life" are selling even more on iTunes? Their bullets are less than half of this! And I LOL everytime the DJ on Z100 is like "this song goes out to the ladies." The ladies like lyrics to a song about a boyfriend wishing he could leave his girlfriend for his ex? Uhhh, sure.

LOL, the band went on a tyrade against OK Go in a recent interview with Rolling Stone. I love the fact that he calls them fairies, when this is probably the p**siest-sounding song on radio.

LOL. What a f**king hypcorite. He has one the most sh*ttiest voices i've ever heard. His voice sucks and he can't write good lyrics to save his life. He shouldn't be one to talk.
