ugh. ripoff of a band that wasn't even good in the first place...then again, I can't argue too much, because if "Lips of an Angel" got to #1 on Pop I guess this deserves it more than that

'OVER'JOYED: Daughtry continues to rack up No. 1s on charts compiled by the Billboard Information Group. This week, the band's single "It's Not Over" (RCA) takes the lead on the CHR/Top 40 chart. "It's Not Over" is in its fifth week at No. 1 on the Adult Top 40 chart, and the "Daughtry" CD is No. 1 for the 11th week on Top Rock Albums. The album has also been No. 1 on The Billboard 200, Top Digital Albums and Billboard Comprehensive Albums.
