On first listen, this is probably her weakest single. I disagree. I think, hands down, no matter what she puts out, "If It's Lovin' That You Want" will always be the sh*ttiest. LOL! You must have forgotten about We Ride!  LOL! |

"Pon De Replay" and "Unfaithful" are complete garbage IMO. "Break It Off" is weak as well. Everything else is solid but she's not an amazing singles artist by any means.

I think this song would sound better with someone like Janet or PCD's Nicole singing it. Rihanna just sounds so asexual on it IMO. She needs to, for lack of a better phrase, slut it up vocally and make the song more flirtatious and playful. I think that would make the song better.

i think this will do well, it is definitely really catchy and addictive, it's fun, just sort of makes you feel good--- which, a lot of her music does and i think that's why she's doing so well. it's just that this song won't crossover outside of pop like at all, but if they time it right it could get huge digital sales.
