Wow, incredible that Eminem was never able to get even one R&B #1. Most of his songs leaned Pop but not all, and considering his popularity...
I vaguely remembered Jon B.'s "They DOn't Know" going to #1 but I guess not.

Yeah, I have to say that I've been really happy with the way urban radio has been opening up to artists of other races lately. It was much more commonplace in the 1980s for white artists to have big hits on the urban format with their R&B-influenced songs... But then, for some reason, there was a really long absence of white artists (apart from Eminem) in the top 10 -- not to mention the top spot -- even as they incorporated more urban elements into their music.

This has 73 million total Urban audience; the next closest is 48M plus it's growing at Rhythmic now... this is going to end up one of the top songs for 2006.
