This is actually performing better than I thought at AAA (#15), and HAC (#21). It's definitely not doing well enough to prevent the album from flopping, but still better than I thought.

This is my favorite song at the moment. I wonder how high this will go on iTunes, given the lack of promotion he has going on.

LOL, no! That makes even less sense To me it makes more sense! Cloud = daydream... and since he wasn't born yet in 1973, the whole song is like a daydream anyway.

A lot of stations wait for songs to go Top 20 before they add them, so it may get another boost within the next week or two. The fact that he's promoting a little bit now can't hurt either.

Like I said, I don't think it's doing poorly at Hot AC. I said it's doing poorly at Triple A, and that's given his history there and the fact that people way less known than him can rocket into the Top 10 there with similar songs.

isn't it "I will always be in a cloud with you in 1973"? Say what??? Haha. I have ALWAYS thought he's singing about a club. After all, they do have a club-like scene in the video. But your explanation makes sense too, so I don't know...

It's about a club in Ibiza called Pacha that he apparently spent most of last summer in. The club was founded in 1973.

*Shifty eyes* I couldn't remember what the club was called so I realised I should probably Wiki it instead of trying to remember it from whatever interview I heard it in
