I heard this song the other day and it sounds really weird. Some parts of it sound like "La Tortura" I think. But I don't know... Maybe it will grow me.
As someone said earlier, it sounds "cheap."

I think it'll be okay once the sexed out video hits MTV and downloads become available. The key is the video has to come ahead of the iTunes release lol. But really, who knows anymore.

I have to say though... I thought maybe it was my MP3 at first, but Shakira's vocals are mixed HORRIBLY on this song. It's the one major detractor for me. They sound like analog or something and everything else is high quality stereo.

I thought people were saying cheap because Wyclef just replaced Claudette Ortiz's lines with Shakira's on "Dance Like This". Now I realize the sound quality is actually cheap. It sounds like Shakira phoned her lines in to Wyclef and he pasted them over "Dance Like This".

This is a great video. By far my favorite English language Shakira video and my second favorite video of 2006 so far. I love videos that showcase aspects of foreign culture and kind of take the audience there. This is like a huge party too. Shakira looking really attractive is also great.

Tyler, most of those 12 spins from Z100 came the first day they got. They just like to be "the first" to premiere songs even if they don't plan on adding into decent (or any) rotation right away.
